Few changes to the Event section in forum

Hello All. In order to bifurcate Chapter specific events and bring more visibility to our members, we have made a few changes in the Event Section on our forum. This way it will be easier for the members to subscribe to their favorite type of ride or meet specific to their chapter on both forum (email notification) and Tapatalk (push notification).
