This Ganpati holiday, we leave the city behind and ride deep into the Sahyadris.

Destination: Ratanwadi — a quaint little village tucked away in the hills, where the roads disappear into thick green forests, waterfalls spill across the mountainsides, and mist hangs low over the valleys.

The rains are packing up soon.
So before they disappear, let’s go find them one last time.

One last taste of rain-soaked tarmac, clouds rolling over the peaks, streams rushing across the roads, dripping forests, muddy trails and that earthy smell that only the Sahyadris can deliver.

No rush. No schedules. No city noise.
Just the rumble of motorcycles cutting through the rain, winding roads disappearing into the clouds, village chai steaming beside wet helmets, and the gang soaking in the last wild days of the monsoon.

PRE-RIDE CHECKLIST:
*Check Oil Levels/brake pads and tyres and make sure the bike is either serviced and/or ready for the ride.
*Come with a full fuel tank - we will not be stopping for fuel for at least 150 kms
*Carry your Rain gear (or acceptance of your fate)
*Bike Spares: You are the best judge of your bike. Think about what could go wrong and pack your spares accordingly.

Duplicate Keys
Fuses - based on your bikes and the extra attachments.

Chain Lube

RIDING GEARS: FULL RIDING GEARS MANDATORY
Full face helmet
Riding Jacket or Any thick jacket with elbow guards
Riding pants or Jeans with knee guards
Riding gloves
Riding Boots/High Ankle boots (STICTLY -NO Sports shoes/Casual shoes or Gum boots

We may be friends but you may also be sent back from the start point if you do not turn up in the required riding gears.

It’s been a while since we’ve all had a chance to get together, catch up, talk bikes, and just hang out!

So, this Sunday, 6th September, join us for our Monthly IBR Meet at 10:00 AM. — just good conversations, old stories, new plans, and of course, plenty of banter.

Mega Adventure – Time to dust off the big plans and start talking serious miles!
Possibly, some new goodies to be distributed if it makes it here in time.

This is a non-riding event. Whether you come on two wheels, four wheels, or via public transport, just be there! This event is open to all IBR members, aspirants, and family members. Most importantly, let’s use this opportunity to reconnect after what feels like ages. Bring your ideas, your stories, and that familiar IBR spirit.
