The festive season is in its prime and seems that we will be going full throttle to celebrate this in our Dilli way. The Marshals are going hard on the paddle and have various things lined up for the squadrons. We floated a 'Survey Gunn Sampann' this week on our official WhatsApp group and got some decent replies which will be part of our Agenda this week. Please ensure you don't miss the discussions.

1. Dilli/IBR 17th Anniversary Ride - We will be disclosing the dates and venue for the 17th anniversary ride that happens next month.

2. Media/Creative Marshalls - We are facing a runtime situation in this regard and it will be addressed at this meet.

3. Whatsapp Situation - We will be moderating and discussing on the sequence of events in the official WhatsApp group with some much needed decisions.

4. Dilli/IBR 17th Anniversary Merchandise - We will be disclosing the items of the EXCLUSIVE Merchandise that will be created for 17th Dilli/IBR Anniversary in November.

5. BOBMC Day Ride - We will be discussing for our participation in the BOBMC Day Ride on 3rd November.

6. General open discussions - As it comes, as it goes.

And there we were again. Another festive season with the IBR family. The turnout was not the usual due to obvious reasons. However, a lot of VESTeners attended today’s meet. The discussions are stated below :

Dilli/IBR EkSaatᵗʰ Anniversary Ride - The festive season is not only effecting the turnout at the meet, we are facing delays in replies from the destination options as well… will be soon though.

Media/Creative Marshalls - We have added Amit Haldar to the AV/Creative Marshalls. He has been a pillar in many facets of our chapter and here he is again…supporting the creatives. Natansh is a fellow squadron who could not make it to the meet today, but will be part of the creativity sooner than later.

Whatsapp Situation - Delhi has officially discontinued WhatsApp as a medium for official discussions and will be moving towards #SabOnHUB strategy. The Official group will be admin only and links to HUB topics/threads will be shared on it. Having said that, Delhi has a Whatsapp community and the general discussion group under it may be used by members to have general discussions and daily dose of dilli bakar. Nothing Official About it.

Dilli/IBR EkSaatᵗʰ Anniversary Merchandise - We are working on the items in our EkSaatᵗʰ Anniversary Kit. This is another category affected by the festivities. However, we are reaching out to Manish and other chapters for vendors and options to procure the exclusive items. Watch this space for more updates.

BOBMC Day Ride - A new topic is created under Delhi Events. IBR Delhi is supporting BOBMC DAY Ride on 3rd November and many members have agreed to participate in the Annual Celebration. However, there will be an evening weekend wali meet as usual.
