Hello Riders,

Final meetup before Bulletiapa is planned for discussing responsibilities & distribution of Pre Bulletiapa Goodies. Things discussed will be elaborated in terms of Track, Races, Food & Accommodation. Final Plan layout for 3 days Fun Filled Event of the year will be discussed as well. All the members are requested to attend this meeting so that things can be finalized for the same.

This is a compulsory meetup & after that no further meetings except for those who are in core committees.
