    1. Transition Group for New Members:
    • It was decided to create a Transition Group where new members will be added initially.
    • Criteria for joining the main group:
      • Attend 1 meeting and 1 ride.
      • Assessment based on behavior, attitude towards motorcycling, and interest.
      • After meeting these criteria, members will be added to the main IBR Udaipur group.
    1. Policy on Active and Inactive Members:
    • Inactive Members Policy:
      • Members in the main group who are inactive for 3 months (no attendance at meetings or rides) will be moved to the Transition Group.
      • These members will be given 6 months to become active again by participating in rides and meetings.
      • If after 9 months (3 months in the main group and 6 months in the Transition Group) the member remains inactive, they will be removed from IBR Udaipur.
      • This policy is aligned with the chapter’s motto: "Either Ride or Go Home."
    1. Conduct and Behavior Guidelines:
    • Strict Prohibitions:
      • Consumption of alcohol or any banned substances during rides is strictly forbidden.
      • Any rider found violating this rule will be barred from attending rides.
    • The same rule applies to official meetups.
    • Atul Bhai and I have taken a firm stance on these rules and will ensure they are strictly enforced.

  • Kudos to Moderators. The same thing we started a year back in delhi but we get to hear so many things from members and even questioned us who has given you the permission to implement these things.

  • @srini2609 Thank you for your kind words and appreciation!
Implementing these changes has been a collective effort. The spirit behind these guidelines is to ensure that we maintain the integrity, safety, and inclusivity of IBR as a community.
We’re fortunate to have received strong support from the core team, and the riders in Udaipur.
Enforcing such policies isn’t easy, and suggestions from members is important. Our aim is to build a transparent, respectful, and thriving brotherhood for all members while upholding the true values of IBR.

I believe that with time, consistency, and communication, the broader rider base will appreciate the value these rules bring to the chapter's culture and safety.
Please share any strategies that worked for you and your chapter, it'll be a great learning for us, coming from a veteran rider.

    Hail IBR!

    Keep Thumping!
