Few days are left to start our ride to Sattaal. I am sure we all must have prepared our rides/bikes. This is going to be an exciting ride.
We have some Safety guidelines from the venue as the place in between a natural habitat. PLEASE ENSURE TO FOLLOW BELOW PROCEDURES -
Safety Procedures
Weather Preparedness:
A) Heavy rain can occur unexpectedly, affecting traffic and road conditions. Carry rain gear.
B) Health Precautions:
Bring surplus amounts of prescription and personal medicines.
C) Pack torches with extra batteries, mobile power banks, and power backups, as the camp has no electricity or charging facilities.
Biodiversity Awareness:
After rainfall, the area may have leeches, snakes, and other potentially hazardous fauna and flora.
Follow all safety instructions provided by the camp guide or leader diligently.
Allergy Management:
The jungle environment contains pollen and allergens; bring necessary allergy medications.
Nebulizers cannot be used due to the lack of electricity.
Activity Restrictions:
Adventure activities are not offered at the camp, except for nature walks and birdwatching.
Adventure activities can be arranged by external operators in the Sattal area.
Unforeseen Changes:
Natural or man-made calamities may disrupt planned itineraries.
The camp is not liable for any additional costs incurred by guests in such circumstances.
Things to Bring
a) Prescription medicines (inform the camp in advance of any medical conditions).
b) Backpacks, duffle bags, or easy-to-carry bags (no suitcases).
c) Power banks, batteries, or power backups for electronic devices.
d) Comfortable walking or sports shoes.
e) Cotton clothing, sweatshirts, or light jackets.
f) Towels and toiletries.
g) Torches.
h) Sunscreen.

Hey Guys, the following tasks and discussions need to be completed at our upcoming meeting on the 18th, considering it will be our last meetup for this ride -
A) CP and Rajiv to load their bikes on Sunday 18th Aug.
B) CP to get his armor and saddle bags on 18th too and will dump it in pick up.
C) Need to discuss about Flagoff details
D) Discussion on any last minute buys like spares, utilities etc.

Abbas bhai to take care of pre bookings for few places
Maccha to take care of bike arrangements.
