    After an amazing response from the DilliWallas, our Marshals have outdone themselves to secure a fantastic venue and deal for our APNA DIWALI BASH! The advance payment is done, so now all that’s left is for everyone to join in and let’s make it an unforgettable celebration!

    APNA MERCHANDISE -
    This year we're taking it up a notch with our very own merchandise! We're open to all your creative ideas. With the help of our Merchandise Marshals and Social (Design) Marshals, let’s come together, brainstorm, and create something truly ours!

    And there we were again. Another festive season with the IBR family. The turnout was not the usual due to obvious reasons. However, a lot of VESTeners attended today’s meet. The discussions are stated below :

    Dilli/IBR EkSaatᵗʰ Anniversary Ride - The festive season is not only effecting the turnout at the meet, we are facing delays in replies from the destination options as well… will be soon though.

    Media/Creative Marshalls - We have added Amit Haldar to the AV/Creative Marshalls. He has been a pillar in many facets of our chapter and here he is again…supporting the creatives. Natansh is a fellow squadron who could not make it to the meet today, but will be part of the creativity sooner than later.

    Whatsapp Situation - Delhi has officially discontinued WhatsApp as a medium for official discussions and will be moving towards #SabOnHUB strategy. The Official group will be admin only and links to HUB topics/threads will be shared on it. Having said that, Delhi has a Whatsapp community and the general discussion group under it may be used by members to have general discussions and daily dose of dilli bakar. Nothing Official About it.

    Dilli/IBR EkSaatᵗʰ Anniversary Merchandise - We are working on the items in our EkSaatᵗʰ Anniversary Kit. This is another category affected by the festivities. However, we are reaching out to Manish and other chapters for vendors and options to procure the exclusive items. Watch this space for more updates.

    BOBMC Day Ride - A new topic is created under Delhi Events. IBR Delhi is supporting BOBMC DAY Ride on 3rd November and many members have agreed to participate in the Annual Celebration. However, there will be an evening weekend wali meet as usual.

    Fellas,

    A good turnout at the meet. Unfortunately, we could not click the squadron's at the meet yesterday. We will try to rectify this and ensure we click at every meet. Media/AV Marshalls, yaad dilana please. So the premises of the meet is as follows :

    Merchandise Situation
    -Pre-Bulletiapa Goodies and Metal Stickers were distributed to the members who were present.
    -We would like to emphasize that owning and wearing IBRMC Merchandise is a privilege that should be earned rather than simply purchased. Therefore, moving forward, any merchandise orders or procurements will be subjected to validation by the Chapter Managers (CMs) of the Delhi Chapter. Only those squadrons that meet the criteria set forth by the CMs w.r.t. the merchandise, will be eligible to order or buy the merchandise.

    Upcoming Events/Rides
    As the festive season is in its full swing, everyone is eagerly anticipating the upcoming weekend. Following that, we will kick off our series of overnighters, bashes and rides. To give you a sneak peek, we are excited to announce an Overnighter Diwali Bash on the 19th - 20th of October. Stay tuned for more details!
