Eligibility Criteria
Must’ve attended at least 1 Monthly Meet and 1 MTR.

Things to Carry
Swimming costume – Pool rules, bhai!
BYOB – Know your own Grill
Games & gear – Uno cards, cricket kit, badminton, whatever adds fun!
Riding gear – Strictly mandatory for everyone riding to the venue. No Gear = No entry.
BBQ / Chai / Coffee -- As per choice.

Registration Details
Cost: ₹2200 per person (Includes stay, Lunch , dinner, breakfast).
Exclusions: Evening Snacks (including BBQ setup), Evening Tea, Sutta, Alcohol.
Slots Available: Only 20 Riders -- First come, first grilled.
Last Date to Register: Until slots fill up

Important Notes
Carry riding gear & essentials as per standard IBRMC ONR protocol.
RIDERS MUST WEAR COMPLETE RIDING GEAR.
This is non-negotiable. Safety first, even if the destination is a pool party.
Alcohol is not part of the official itinerary – act responsibly.
Respect the space, the brotherhood, and the ride.

RIDING GEARS (No Exceptions):
• Full Face Helmet
• Riding Gloves (full finger)
• Riding Pants or compulsory Jeans with knee guards
• Riding Boots or normal boots which cover your ankle (No Sports shoes/Casual shoes)

• Riding Jacket for all riders > 1 year with IBR - compulsory mesh jacket with armours (elbow, shoulder, spine)
• Riding Jacket for riders < 1 year with IBR - mesh jacket with armours (preferable) or compulsory thick jacket (denim/leather) with elbow guard, shoulder guard at minimum.

Note - body Armors with Jersey or windcheater jackets (similar thin jackets) are not allowed.
