General Accommodation: Rooms or Dorm

• Rs. 7999/- per person (to be paid to your chapter moderator)
• NOTE: Rooms and dorms will be allocated randomly and the decision lies with the host chapter. There are limited number of Rooms and preference will be given to family and females.

• NOTE: Registration blocking not guaranteed since we need to give preference to all chapters in proportion to their strength. Please check with chapter mods on availability before transferring the money. In case we can not accommodate you in the cottage, your registration will change to Rooms (1st preference) or Dorm.
• 8 sharing. Each cottage has 2 sections with 4 beds in each section

All IBRMC members who have successfully completed Chapter Runner

Chapter Runner is an internal IBRMC riding event, strictly meant for IBR members only. Under this, a contender (also known as chapter runner) will have to cover all IBR recognized chapters in a span of 2 year.​

Format

1. This ride is only for registered IBR members
2. Discuss the plan with your local chapter moderator beforehand
3. Register as a contender of Chapter Runner only when you have a planned start date
4. Once registered, you need to complete the chapter run circle within 2 year from the planned start date. That means, in case you have registered with a start date of 1st January 2020, you should cover all recognized chapters before 31st December 2021
5. The contender is supposed to meet the Chapter Moderator or member of the planning commission or an elected representative (in case Chapter Mod(s) or planning commission members are not available)
6. Contender should capture a picture with Chapter mod/representative since this need to be shared during final confirmation submission

Rules

• The ride should start from their Home Chapter. Hence it is important to get the entire ride itenerary approved by local chapter moderator
• The ride should be done by only active and recognized IBR members. Hence, it is imperative to get approval from your local Chapter Mod
• Ride plan should be discussed with the region’s chapter mods or planning commission member in advance
• The ride should be done only on IBRMC allowed motorcycle. During unforeseen situations, if you do not have any other option other than resorting to another bike (during the actual ride), it should be informed to the Chapter Mod and IBR admin team. Prior approval is a must
• The ride should be done within a span of 2 year from the registered start date.
• Refer to the list of chapters. All chapters (whether recognized or under probation) should be covered
• Covering a chapter during an official ride, event, Bulletiapa, Megadventure, etc. is allowed

How to Register

• After you have an approval from chapter, start a new post under "General Discussion" with subject line as below:
  [YourName] - [ChapterName] - [A suitable short title as per you choice].
  E.g. - Sajeesh Nair - Bangalore Chapter - A ride to remember
• In the post, mention your plan with an estimate start and end date
• Provide a high level itinerary
• Once approved, your post will be moved form General Discussions to Chapter Runner Section, thus making it official
• Keep your post up to date by posting about your journey, chapters you have covered so far, a few good pictures etc.
• This post will be scrutinized at the completion of chapter runner attempt
• Once completed, your name will be added to the chapter runner list

Awards

Upon successful completion of the Chapter Runner ride, you will receive a special patch A special felicitation session will be organized during Bulletiapa.

Who are Chapter Mods?

Rights, Roles, and Responsibilities

1. Coordinates (or delegate rights)all events and rides for a specific chapter
2. Maintain Chapter specific events
3. Facilitate weekly / periodic meets
4. The main point of contact for IBR Merchandises
5. Recommends existing members for next IBR Ranks
6. Have a final saying during conflict resolution
7. Participate actively in the membership cancellation process
8. Administer chapter-specific Facebook and WhatsApp groups
9. Become part of the IBR Core Planning Commission WhatsApp group

Selection process and appointment

1. For established chapters, the minimum tenure should be at least 1 year with IBR (registration date is considered). For a newly formed chapter, the selection is done by Planning Commission members
2. Should be senior member. Exceptions to be reviewed joined by Core Committee
3. Appointed as Chapter mods during the Bulletiapa event
4. The recommendation should come from the current chapter heads. However, there should be a collective discussion with senior members before a decision is made

Expulsion / Removal of Chapter Head

• The decision will be made by Planning Commission members in consultation with Core Committee members of the chapter
• Will be replaced with another senior member as active Chapter Mod until the official appointment
• Will lose all rights of Chapter Mod

The Planning Commission consists of:

1. Founding members of IBRMC
2. Club President
3. Current Chapter Mods
4. Ex-Chapter Mods

IBRMC Patches

Qualification

Same as qualification for Leather Vest. Chapter mods consult with the planning commission members.

All exceptions will be handled by Chapter Mods and Planning Commission members.

Rules Pertaining To Usage Of IBR Patches

1. The front pocket patch should be stitched on the left chest
2. The back will have 3 patterns
   • INDIABULLRIDERS or IBRMC patch on top (around the shoulder)
   • The big IBR logo patch in the middle
   • Chapter Name patch at the bottom
3. The patches can be stitched only on the below wearable:
   • Leather vests – Black or dark brown
   • Black-collared T-shirt or shirt
   • Black round t-shirt
   • Saddlebags (only backside 3 patters)
   • Riding jacket

Failing to comply with this rule may lead to strict action and/or membership expulsion

IBRMC Stickers And Tags

IBR stickers are time and again printed at the chapter level on various occasions. Please get in touch with your chapter mods. In case you belong to a region where our chapter is not formed, please contact us.

IBRMC Leather Vest

IBR Leather Vest is awarded to only those regular & active members who:

• have been with IBRMC for more than 5 years
• have attended at least 3 Bulletiapa’s, and
• have completed at least 1 Megadventure

Their contribution toward the club is an important factor too.

All exceptions will be handled by Chapter Mods and Planning Commission members.

IBRMC T-Shirt

For each region, the responsibility of ordering and distributing IBR T-shirts is with Chapter Mods. Online members do not qualify for the t-shirt unless it is being sold directly through the IBR website or social media platforms connected to IBR.

If it is being distributed by chapter mods, only regular members will be eligible to get it based on chapter heads’ prerogative and availability.

You will have to make a payment in advance. The T-shirt is not for free.

Membership Cancellation

An IBR member will be removed from the club based on the below-mentioned process:

Membership Definition

• Online Member – One who does not attend meets or rides and restricts activity only to IBR social media sites.
• Regular Member – One who attends meets and rides

Removal Process

Online member can be removed by Site Admin and/or Moderator

Regular Member can be removed by Current and/or Ex Chapter mods of the region and no need to notify Planning Commission members.

As a regular member, you may be removed if you:

• Do not adhere to the club’s rules.
• Disrespect IBR values.
• Have disciplinary issues.
• Indulge in external club activities more than IBR specific events.
• Join another club.
• Misuse IBR’s name, merchandise, or related stuff.

Active And Regular Membership

1. You should be above 18 years of age
2. You should be riding one of the allowed-motorcycles
3. You should have a valid driving license that has not expired. For pillion, DL is not mandatory
4. It doesn’t matter whether you’re male or female. But you got to have a passion for traveling on motorcycles
5. You make a promise to yourself that you will not use IBR’s name, position, contents, etc. for your own benefits. No commercial activity will be entertained. You got to take approval from the admin/moderators in case you are indulged in an activity that might result in a “conflict of interest”
6. Be regular on weekly meets

Which Motorcycle(s) Are Allowed In IBR?

Effective 26th March 2021, IBRMC has changed its criteria for membership. Earlier, only Royal Enfield and Jawa motorcycles were allowed; however, we are now transitioning from a brand-following cult to a more of an adventure touring club. Based on that, following motorcycle categories are allowed/not allowed.
