Introducing Marshalls in IBRMC Delhi Community

Delhi is introducing the concept of Marshalls to oversee various processes within the Delhi Chapter. The idea behind Marshalls is to foster an interactive approach among the Squadrons, helping them function as a unified battalion and promoting the brotherhood that IBR stands for. This initiative aims to facilitate the exchange of information and create a learning curve for everyone, working together to achieve common goals.
We have divided the basic functions of our Chapter into four sections, with each section managed by two Squadrons. The names and details of the Marshalls are listed below:

Ride Marshalls : Lead by Shivam and Harbal.
Need help planning a ride? Our experienced Marshalls assist with route creation, stay options, and travel tips. The travel and riding experience of the Marshalls will be used to help our fellow brothers in planning their riding goals/dreams and experiences. Everything related to rides …..who you gonna call???? RIDE MARSHALLS.

Merchandise Marshalls : Lead by Puvi and Henry.
They will be the primary contacts for Delhi to handle our Chapter’s merchandise needs. They will coordinate with Manish and oversee the entire procurement process from order to payment and delivery Everything related to IBR merchandise, whether it’s for Delhi or from other chapters…..who you gonna call???? MERCHANDISE MARSHALLS.

Activity/Event Marshalls : Lead by Shiva and Ankur.
They will initiate and support activities/events for the Delhi Chapter, such as CSR, MTR, Over Nighters (support from Ride Marshalls), and get-togethers. Their goal is to enhance interaction within the Chapter and foster a sense of brotherhood, keeping all squadrons involved and engaged. Everything related to ideas/proposals regarding Delhi Activities/Events …..who you gonna call???? EVENT MARSHALLS.

Creative/Social Marshalls : Lead by Rikki and Prashant.
They will manage and compile all audiovisual content for the Delhi Chapter, covering rides, events, and activities. Responsibilities include handling social media posts on Delhi’s Instagram and Facebook, and creating media coverage as needed for effective promotion/AVs and broadcasts. Everything related to Delhi’s Media submission/creation/visualization …..who you gonna call???? CREATIVE MARSHALLS.

NOTE : All Marshalls and Squadrons are empowered to unleash your creativity and skills, with the green light from our CMs or Founder. Together, the CMs and Marshalls will foster a culture of transparency and open communication across all Squadrons. This new hierarchy is not just a structure—it’s a movement towards building a stronger sense of belonging and camaraderie within the Delhi Chapter.

And Then it happened, a journey where the roar of engines harmonized with the whispers of the Himalayas. Our motorcycle trip to Lahaul and Spiti was not just an adventure; it was a testament to brotherhood……again. We rode through treacherous mountain passes, where every twist and turn tested our mettle. The camaraderie among us was palpable, each rider a pillar of strength for the other. As we ascended to most dangerous roads of Gramphu and Batal and then inched towards the AMS bound Chandertaal on day 1 of riding, climbing through lofty heights of Kunzum Pass….. the air grew thin, but our spirits soared. Nights were spent under a canopy of stars, sharing stories and laughter, the cold mountain air biting at our faces. The stark beauty of Spiti Valley, with its ancient monasteries and serene landscapes, left us in awe. We explored the unexplored, navigated rocky terrains and crossed icy streams, our bonds growing stronger with each challenge. The journey was not just about reaching our destination but about the shared experiences that forged an unbreakable brotherhood. In the end, our bonds intact, our hearts full and our souls enriched by the majestic Himalayas and the unwavering support of our fellow riders. And then its a memory carved in our minds of yet another…..#EkAurMA

• Today was a day of celebration and nostalgia as memories were relived and experiences shared. Shivam shone brightly in the obstacle race, showcasing his skills. Delhi, after much excitement and effort, triumphed in all TUGS to win the WAR.

• The squadrons who earned their CUT/VEST were honored with great fanfare. It was emphasized that wearing the CUT of a club brings immense responsibility and accountability to uphold the Club’s name and integrity. Everyone is proud to wear it and ready to defend its honor.
• The announcement of the next Bulletiapa host i.e. Dehradun has everyone buzzing with excitement.
• The change of CMs is seen as a strategic move to align the past with the present, creating a solid TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More) for the future.

NE Ride by IBR Delhi
Discussion - Sandeep and Harbal from Delhi Chapter are about to embark on an epic journey to explore the North East of mainland India! Covering approximately 15,000 km over nearly three months, they set off the day after tomorrow. Everyone has wished them a safe and thrilling adventure. Godspeed, and giddy up, boys!

Ek Aur Mega Adventure

In the rugged heart of the Himalayas, where the air is thin and the mountains stand sentinel, a brotherhood of riders is brewing. Their motorcycles, gleaming like metallic steeds, await the call to adventure. Their destination? The mystical Spiti Valley and beyond.

This Brotherhood has a story etched into their leather jackets—a tale of freedom, resilience, and camaraderie. They are not just riders; they are wanderers, seekers of the untamed. The journey and itinerary will unfold before them—a serpentine ribbon will form again, that will whine through valleys, across roaring rivers, and up treacherous passes. The wind will whisper secrets in their ears, and the mountains will stand a witness to their pact: to ride as one, to share laughter around campfires, and to find solace in the vastness of the wilderness. Their bond of brotherhood is not forged in luxury hotels or plush resorts. It has evolved in shared meals cooked over campfires, in helping hands when a bike faltered, and in the silence of star-studded nights. They laughed, they sang, and sometimes, they simply sat in awe of the vastness around them.

Cutting long story short, here is a list of riders who are preparing to dust of the old memories and creating new ones:

So all in all two Mega Adventure Rides to Zanskar/Ladakh and Spiti region will be a FIRST of its kind where a chapter does the entire circuit of Ladakh and Spiti in one go. Due to the nature of the journey and resources we are keeping it a closed ride and we are unable to accept any more entries for this Adventure.

This ride does not have any fixed itinerary - "Let the wind be our map, the open road our guide, and the thrill of adventure our compass. No fixed plans, just the spirit of camaraderie and the joy of riding wherever the moment takes us.”

Merchandise Situation
-Pre-Bulletiapa Goodies and Metal Stickers were distributed to the members who were present.
-We would like to emphasize that owning and wearing IBRMC Merchandise is a privilege that should be earned rather than simply purchased. Therefore, moving forward, any merchandise orders or procurements will be subjected to validation by the Chapter Managers (CMs) of the Delhi Chapter. Only those squadrons that meet the criteria set forth by the CMs w.r.t. the merchandise, will be eligible to order or buy the merchandise.

Upcoming Events/Rides
As the festive season is in its full swing, everyone is eagerly anticipating the upcoming weekend. Following that, we will kick off our series of overnighters, bashes and rides. To give you a sneak peek, we are excited to announce an Overnighter Diwali Bash on the 19th - 20th of October. Stay tuned for more details!

IBR Heads to Sikkim Riders Meet 2025

The chapterhood is calling, and like always we fall for it again. This time from 15th to 17th May 2025, IndiaBullRiders from the Delhi, Guwahati, and Durgapur chapters are riding out to the beautiful state of Sikkim for the Sikkim Riders Meet—a celebration of biking, brotherhood, and the raw beauty of the Northeast.

This trip isn’t just about curves and climbs (though there’ll be plenty of those). It’s about connecting with fellow riders, exploring new terrain, and showing some love to Northeast India’s vibrant culture and landscapes.

Expect mountain roads, chilly winds, late-night bonfire stories, and a whole lot of throttle therapy. Whether you’re coming from the plains of Delhi or the valleys of Guwahati and Durgapur, this ride is going to be one to remember.
