Here’s the ride plan:

Day 1: Mumbai to Near Ahmedabad

• Ride Date: 29th January 2025
• Ride Start Time: 5 AM
• Meeting Point: Kinara Dhaba, Fountain
• Target: 550 km / ~12 hours
• Destination: 50-100 km from Ahmedabad bypass highway for a night halt.

Day 2: Near Ahmedabad to Dholavira

• Ride Date: 30th January 2025

• Ride Start Time: 6 AM

• Destination: Dholavira (300 km / ~8 hours)

• Check-in at booked accommodation upon arrival.

• Stay Details:

  • Stay Name: Dholavira Tourism Resort
  • Tent Non-A/C: 5 Tents (Accommodates 13 riders).
  • Includes breakfast, dinner, and one tea.
  • Total Cost: ₹25,500/-
  • Advance Paid: ₹10,000/-
  • Balance at Check-in: ₹15,500/-

Day 3: Dholavira to RM (BOBMC Event)

• Ride Date: 31st January 2025
• Ride Start Time: 8-9 AM
• Distance: 100 km / ~4 hours
• Plan:
  • Ride the road to heaven and rendezvous with brothers from other chapters.
  • Reach RM venue together, celebrating the true essence of the brotherhood.

Return Plan: RM to Mumbai

Day 1 (3rd February 2025): RM to Near Bharuch/Vadodara

• Ride Start Time: 7 AM
• Target: 550 km / ~12 hours
• Night Halt: Likely the same location as the Bulletiapa return halt.

Day 2 (4th February 2025): Final Stretch to Mumbai

• Head back home to Mumbai, closing the ride with memories and tales to share.

The time has come to celebrate the brotherhood of the India Bull Riders Motorcycle Club in a historic collaboration! The Tri-Chapter Meet ride is here—a legendary event bringing together riders from Mumbai, Indore, and Ahmedabad. This ride is all about endurance, adventure, and the unbreakable bond of our club.

Ride Details:

• Ride Date: 13th December 2024
• Meet Location: McDonald's, Majhiwada, Thane
• Meet Time: 05:00 AM
• Ride Shoot Time: 05:30 AM

Destination:

Toranmal Hill Station, Maharashtra
A serene getaway surrounded by nature, perfect for unwinding and creating cherished memories.

Ride Plan:

The Mumbai Chapter ride will be an endurance journey, covering approximately 12 hours of riding time.

1. First Stretch (3 hours):

   • Route: Mumbai → Nashik
   • Pitstop 1: Nashik
     • Time: Approx. 8:30 AM
     • Activities: Refuel bikes, grab breakfast, hydrate, and relax before heading out again.

2. Second Stretch (2-3 hours):

   • Route: Nashik → Shahada
   • Pitstop 2: Shahada (Lunch Stop)
     • Time: Approx. 12:30 PM
     • Activities: Refuel if required, enjoy lunch, and stretch your legs.

3. Final Stretch (3-4 hours):

   • Route: Shahada → Toranmal Hill Station
   • Expected Arrival Time: 5:00 PM

Important Notes:

• Bike Readiness: Ensure your motorcycles are well-serviced, with spares and essential checks (brakes, chain, tires, and lights).
• Rider Gear: Wear full riding gear, and pack light but essential items, including:
  • Woolens and thermals (it’ll be chilly at night!)
  • Hydration packs, snacks, and energy bars.
  • Emergency first-aid kits.
• Fuel: Start with a full tank, and carry extra if possible for long stretches.
• Stay Prepared: This ride has long endurance stretches with minimal stops. It’s going to test you and your machine.
