1. The upcoming meet this sunday i.e 18 Aug 2024 is a mandatory meet.
2. We shall discuss the alternative itinerary.
3. Final Checkup on Everything & Most Importantly Everyone.

Make sure you guys are there on the scheduled time. Discussions shall start irrespective.

Fantastic writeup Ash Babu & as correctly pointed "its good to back with old school discussion on the forum".
So starting things off with regards to the tools & spares required, created a list below. Request everyone to follow the list format its easier to follow & add to.

Also Get your respective vehicles checked thoroughly with regards to battery, clutch, brake pads, Engine & Brake Oils, Chain Set & sprocket, tyre treads.

Basic spares that everyone should have : (Feel free to add to the list)

1. Spark Plugs
2. Tyre Tubes
3. Multitool smallest possible (available in keychain styles also)
4. Air Filter
5. Clutch & Throttle cable
6. Chain Lubricant
7. Spare Fuses.
8. Engine Oil for topup

List of tools: (to be distributed amongst the whole group). Pls list your names against the items u have

1. Basic tool Kit That Comes with Bike: Everyone

3. Tyre Opening Lever: Carwale
4. Jump Start Cable:
5. Complete Tool Set:

As discussed we are keeping a couple of tents with us just in case we feel like camping while we let the open roads guide us to the unknown.

Finally ... Its that time of the year again...
Just quickly wanted to check the following:

1. Description says to contact the crew for xyz things so it would be better if we just share their numbers in the description of the event itself. I need to contact them & i m sure there will be others also .. Just a suggestion.

2. What is the last date of Payment to respective chapter mods?

I still don't see a lot of names in the list i expected would come for this ride. Come on guys whats the wait for?

@cnj2907 : It is i think. I have to collect my bike from someone so i m meeting them there directly. You can most certainly come directly if you want.

@Puvi : the petrol pump before the flyover starts , I will see you guys there.

@cnj2907 : Just take it easy & have fun as per your comfort. I m pretty sure once you come out on the other side you would want to do it again.. Dont worry the riding gears will be there to help you just in case you decide u see the ground up close... just kidding..
