Itinerary
Day 1 - 10-May-25 - Sat - Delhi to Pithoragarh (480 Kms - 12 Hours)
Day 2 - 11-May-25 - Sun - Start early, reach Dharchula by 11 AM (90 Kms 4 hours). Get permits. Chill
Day 3 - 12-May-25 - Mon - Start early. Dharchula to Nabi (70 Kms 4 Hours). Check-in. Nabi to Om Parvat and back (3-4 Hours)
Day 4 - 13-May-25 - Mon - Nabi to Adi Kailash and back to Nabi - 4 Hours. Chill
Day 5 - 14-May-25 - Wed - Start early. Nabi to Dugtu/Dantu - 120 Kms - 5 Hours. In case we need to fuel up, additional drive of 40 Kms (Tawaghat to Dharchula and back)
Day 6 - 15-May-25 - Thu - Rest day. Trek to Panchachuli base
Day 7 - 16-May-25 - Fri - Dantu to Lohaghat (224 Kms - 8-9 Hours)
Day 8 - 17-May-25 - Sat - Back to Delhi

Flag off Details
As more than half of the participants are from Noida, the flagoff will happen from 2 different locations if everyone agrees.
Location 1 - Bus stop opposite Akshardham
Flagoff at 3 am
Location 2 - Noida sector 34
Flagoff time - 3 am

We all will meet up on the highway (NH 24) adjacent to Noida electronic city metro, crossing Noida sector 62/63 underpass at 3:30 am.

1st stoppage would be at Tadka dhaba at Gajraula (100 kms)

We have successfully completed Himalayan Overlanders Mega Adventure 2024.
Our ride had no fixed plan and did several circuits on the fly in the Himalayas.

Circuit 1: Gurgaon-Chandigarh-Keylong-Shinku La-Kargyak-Padum.
Circuit 2: Padum -Lingshed-Singe La-Sirsir La-Photoksar-Leh
Circuit 3: Leh-Khardung La-Hunder-Diskit-Thoise-Turtuk-Hunder
Circuit 4: Hunder-Agham-Shyok-Durbuk-Lukung-Maan-Merak
Circuit 5: Merak-Chushul-Rezang La-Loma-Hanle
Circuit 6: Hanle-Chisumle Bridge-Fotila-Umling La-Norbu La- Hanle
Circuit 7: Hanle- Loma-Nyoma-Mahe-Karzok-Chumathang-Leh.

These circuits were planned on the fly and one can merge few circuits.

In this HOMA Madness, we rode through Snow, Frozen roads, Cold Deserts, River beds, Awesome black top twisties, Gravel, and god knows what other terrains we rode through.

Ash bhai…yes you are absolutely spot on regarding road conditions in the month of April.
We are taking chances here…
It will be an aimless wandering ride in the Himalayas with zanskar and hanle being priority ones.
Rest all are a bonus.
Where ever roads leads us we ride in that way.
