IBRMC Hyderabad - Overnight- Nanded - 20th to 21st July 2024

Nanded is located on the banks of river Godavari in west-central India. Nanded district borders Latur district, Parbhani district and Hingoli district to the west and Yavatmal district to the north. The district is bordered by the Nizamabad, Kamareddy, Nirmal and Adilabad districts of Telangana state to the east and Bidar district of Karnataka state to the south.

We welcome all old and new riders to the Overnight Ride for July 2024.

Eligibility Criteria: All riders from Main Group and Transition Group members who have attended rides in the past or new joiner's who have attended a monthly meet with IBR Hyderabad.

Registration Cost: INR 1200 per person

Inclusions:

• Night Stay at Nanded ( Shared Room / Food )

Exclusions:

• Fuel and other expenses are extra to the individuals.

• Food and Chai Paani – Enroute / Return ways ( Shared on pooling basis )

Ride Itinerary:
Day 1 - Saturday: 20th July - Onwards to Nanded
5:30 AM: Meet-up at Hyderabad – Indian Oil fuel Pump ( The 1st fuel pump after crossing BHEL on your left )
5:45 AM: Briefing & Ride Shoot
7:00 AM: Breakfast
Will take breaks as per need. ( Chai / Sutta / Rain / Sussu / Breakdown )
11:30 AM: Reach our Hotel Stay.

• Freshen Up Head towards Gurudwara Sahib !!
  Spend time absorbing the sanctity of the Gurudwara and doing Seva and have langar, Head towards Godavari Ghat for evening and sunset. Return to room after sunset and back to our Bakar and party.

21st July Sunday
6:30 AM: Shoot out

• Fuel Up
• Will take a different route.
• Breakfast /Lunch on the way.
• Explore Sri Ram Sagar Project ( Sunset time )
• Return back to Hyd.
• Disperse from the Highway ( Kompally )

• Full Face Helmet
• Riding Jacket or Any thick jacket with elbow guard - (Body Armor(Rynox) with Jersey is not allowed)
• Riding Pants or Jeans with knee guards
• Riding Gloves (No cut gloves)
• Riding Boots (No Sports Shoes/No Canvas or Casual shoes)

BIKE SPARES: (To be carried by each individual as per their Bike Specifications).
