6 ppl are riding to the Udaipur: Departure on 18-Sep-2024, Arrival to the meeting point in Udaipur on 20-Sep-2024 (1600 Hrs.)
11 ppl are driving to Udaipur: Departure on 19-Sep-2024, Arrival to the meeting point in Udaipur on 20-Sep-2024 (1600 Hrs.)
4 ppl are coming by Train to Udaipur: Departure on 19-Sep-2024, Arrival to the meeting point in Udaipur on 20-Sep-2024 (1600 Hrs.)
2 ppl are coming by Flight to Udaipur: Departure on 20-Sep-2024, Arrival to the meeting point in Udaipur on 20-Sep-2024 (1700 Hrs.)
5 ppl are doing MA to Leh-Ladak-UmLing La and directly coming to Udaipur: Arrival to the meeting point in Udaipur on 20-Sep-2024 (1600 Hrs.)
All will gather at the meeting point at Udaipur (details to be shared shortly) and will all together ride/ drive through the streets of Udaipur and reach the Bulletiappa venue by 1830 Hrs.

MC READINESS
Individual Riding groups - to ensure to coordinate with the respective co-travellers and ensure the motorbikes are well serviced and ready to roll.
A MC check session meet to organised by the Groups (plan to be shared in the respective WA groups)
BULLETIAPPA COSTUME
It was discussed and agreed that “Mumbai Manoos” Caps will be made available for all the participants in Bulletiappa to wear and shine during the event.
No T-shirts and no Rajasthani Dhotis for men
Women will wear Ghaagra (look like) at the meeting point an sporting to the venue.
CONTRIBUTION FOR THE AV
All are mandatorily requested to transfer an amount of ₹ 500 towards the creation of the memorable Audio-Visual for Bulletiappa 2024. Pls transfer the amount to immediately (confirm with a screenshot) -
