Dear Rider Family,

Behind every rider is a family that supports the passion, the rides, and the brotherhood that brings us together. Every ride, every story, and every memory we share is possible because of the support of the people who stand beside us.

With Bengaluru’s rising summer heat, it’s time to slow down, unwind, and celebrate the people who make this journey special.

IBRMC Bangalore warmly invites all members to our Family Day Celebration on 19thApril 2026 at Radiant Resort, Bannerghatta. This day is all about bringing our families together, sharing laughter, playing a few friendly games, and creating memories beyond the saddle.

The day promises good food, fun activities, and a relaxed atmosphere where everyone from riders to kids can enjoy themselves.

Tentative Day Plan
To make the day engaging for everyone, we’ll have a loose schedule of activities while keeping plenty of time for relaxation and bakar.

10:00 AM – Arrival & Welcome Drinks, Meet, greet, and settle in while families catch up.
10:30 AM – Introductions and light activities to get everyone involved.
11:30 AM – Friendly Competitions
Men vs Women games
Kids games and fun challenges
Quick team activities and laughter-filled contests.
1:00 PM – Buffet Lunch
2:00 PM – Free Time & Resort Activities, Swimming pool, rain dance, indoor and outdoor games.
3:30 PM – Evening High Tea & Group Photos
4:00 PM – Wind Down & Departure

Getting There
Members are welcome to ride or drive in with their families.We may coordinate a common meetup point for those who wish to ride together to the venue. Members who prefer to arrive later or travel separately can head directly to the resort.

Important
Each member is responsible for their own commute and safety while traveling to and from the venue. Please plan your travel responsibly and ensure safe riding or driving at all times.

Who Can Join
All IBRMC members are encouraged to attend with their families and friends. This day is about celebrating the extended family that stands behind every rider.
