IBR Bengaluru welcomes all its members to the DO-IT-YOURSELF (DIY) Workshop.

Join us for hands-on sessions to fix basic motorcycle issues. We'll provide the space, tools, and guidance from authorised RE mechanics at Acclaim Motors. These experts will help you troubleshoot, navigate issues that you may face with your machines, while answering your questions.

Topics for discussion have been curated by the organizers to cover common bike and ride problems. Come to our open workshop and learn some new skills!

Duration: 1.5 hours
Price: Rs.250/head. Includes a complimentary chocolate box and group photo.

DIY Topics:
• Clutch cable adjustment and replacement
• Throttle cable adjustment and replacement
• Headlamp bulb change
• Spark plug check and clean
• Fuse check and replacement
• Chain tightening, cleaning, lubrication
• Both break adjustment
• Horn check
• Oil level check and top-up
• Idling check and adjust

Bike Model:
1 Bay: Classic 350
1 Bay: Himalayan 450
1 Bay: Super Meteor/Interceptor 650

Please note that each bay can accommodate 10 people each. Registration is not limited to the bike and model you own. Please feel free to register to know about other bikes.

Though I'm very much interested, considering a cap of 30, I would confirm in case there are less participants (which I presume should not happen) since I don't ride RE.

@sajeesh As of now towing is the only option for your bikes

@nandeesh ask acclaim motors to also include troubleshooting side stand switch issue, it is a fairly common issue on most new motorcycles nowadays.
