It's that time of the year that we all look forward to eagerly, as we celebrate Fourteen years of incredible bonding, rides, friendship and memories here in IBR Bengaluru!

14 years of roaring engines, open roads, and an unbreakable brotherhood. It’s not just another anniversary; it’s a celebration of every mile conquered, every memory made, and every single rider who has fueled this incredible journey.

Event Date/Time: 20th and 21st June 2026 (Saturday & Sunday)

Registration process & payment:
The registration and payment need to be complete before the 3rd of June for confirmed Goodies Package.

Amount for the registration -
● Adult (10 and Above) - Rs 3500 (with Goodie bag)
● Adult (10 and above) - Rs 3000 (without Goodie bag only part of celebration)
● Kids (5 - 10) - Rs. 1500 (No Goodies)
● Kids (< 5): Free (No Goodies)

Day 1
05:30 AM - Assembly Parle G Toll: https://maps.app.goo.gl/YNqJFzTdJ3pgZsu48
05:45 AM - Briefing, Riding Gear Check, Ride starts
06:14 AM - Ride Start ~ 90 KMS to Breakfast
07:45 AM - Arrive at Breakfast Point ~ 90 KMS
08:45 AM - Ride resumes to Tea Break ~ 80 Km
10:30 AM - Tea Break ~ 80 Km
12:30 PM - Arrive at the Venue
01:30 PM - 3:00 PM – lunch, refresh & goodies distribution
03:00 PM - 4:30 PM - Events
05.00 PM - Hi–Tea
05:00-07:00 PM - Events
07:00-07:30 PM - Get together
7:30 PM - Awards, Announcements, Party, bakar, drinks & dinner

Day 2
08:00 AM - Morning Tea/Coffee
08:30 AM - Breakfast
09:30 AM - Group Photo
10:00 AM - Check out, gear up & Ride back
12:30 PM - Lunch

THINGS TO CARRY:
Required Documents: RC, DL, Insurance, and PUC
Rain Gear: There are chances of rain so please carry your rain gear.
Clothing: Swimming cloths, Warm cloths the place might get cold at night & Dress up well for the party

RIDING GEARS:
Full riding gears mandatory - Both Rider and Pillion
● Full face helmet
● Riding Jacket or Any thick jacket with elbow guards
● Riding pants or Jeans with knee guards
● Riding gloves - Full finger coverage
● Riding Boots/High Ankle boots (NO SPORTS SHOES/Casual shoes)

Bike Spares:
You are the best judge of your bike. Think about what could go wrong and pack your spares accordingly. Please do not assume people will carry it for you.

Important and Mandatory:
● Duplicate Keys, Vehicle documents
● Full tank fuel before ride start, all of us will fill fuel at each fuel break (irrespective of your tank capacity).
● Check Oil Levels and make sure the bike is either serviced and/or ready for the ride.

Note:
Please make sure you handle your alcohol and do not make it uncomfortable for the rest of the group after getting intoxicated. Needless to say, otherwise, this will possibly be your last ride with IBRMC Bengaluru
