    Guidelines provided by Madbulls:

    OK, few Important Points for Rider Mania- Cape Comorin

    1. Check In time at the respective hotels:- 11 am (Early check in will be given based on availability)
    2. Nobody enters inside the venue (TTDC) before checking into the respective hotels.
    3. For Check In pls ensure u guys have the correct QR code (will be sent as an email in 2 days) else u guys can download it online 2 days before the RM ( www.bobmc.info ).
    4. Only people with tags(will be given at the time of registration) will be allowed inside the venue (TTDC) even for a group entry.
    5. Non RE bikes will not be allowed inside the main venue (TTDC) even for Group Entry
    6. There is no parking for Non RE bikes at the venue (so pls park it at the respective hotels which has security).
    7. Grand entry of clubs is post registration only (u guys can coordinate abt that @ the registration counter in the respective hotels).
    8. Since there are 100 plus clubs.. clubs with less than 5 entries will not be allowed to do a grand entry (unless they want to tag along with other clubs). Grand Entry timing- 11 am- 3pm Only.
    9. If you guys check in at the same hotel the previous night pls be available at the hotel to swap rooms (according to allocation) from 8 am (27th Jan)
    10. Earlier you register...earlier u can enter inside the venue (this is for the previous day staying crowd at their respective hotels). Previous day staying clubs in Cape Comorin pls inform ur respective spoc (details will be available in the QR code email) so that it will be easy for us to coordinate.
    11. Breakfast will not be provided at the venue on Day 1 (27th Jan). We start the meals only from Lunch (27th Jan).
    12. Strictly No Gatecrashers
    13. The town is a small town so pls ride carefully & slowly. Do not get into any altercations with the locals Any issue pls contact our Law & Order team (Names & numbers will be provided @ the time of check-in.
    14. A strict No Drinking & riding. Infact we advice not to take the bikes once u park at the respective hotels (venue is just at a walking distance only)..Few of our RM designated autos will be plying too (Hop on Hop off types).

    Can we discuss on how / when to do the grand entry. Since only RE bikes are allowed, the number of bikes will be lesser, so we need to manage accordingly.

    @sajeesh bhai, Row number 31 was replaced with row number 41. Venkat Anna's slot is taken by Santosh and we have double counted

    Are all the riders staying at the same hotel? If not, we can decide at meeting at one stay hotel location and from there ride to the venue. All Non RE bikes can be parked back at their respective stay location and they can pillion along with other riders to the meeting point and to the stay location. What say @sajeesh @satty ?

    Out of 26 riding from Bangalore 22 are going to reach Rameshwaram on 26th Night, so mostly 22 are going to ride together to BOBMC on 27th morning..

    Another 4 who is riding is going to reach directly to KK

    @Nandeesh We need to go to the stay hotel first get our tags after registration and only then we will be allowed to the RM main venue.

    I took it directly from the website. Not sure if that was replaced or counted as a fresh slot. However, i know it was swapped so not sure why they have counted as two slots.

    We all will be in 3 different hotels, some 100-300 meters apart i guess. We need to decide a time and central place where everyone can assemble (need to have a sharp time) to enter together. Non RE bikes can be left at the hotel. Remember, there will be many doing entry between 11am and 3pm so we need to be a bit earlier to leave an impact.

    At the same time i understand that many will be riding from Rameshwaram and other locations to the venue and scheduled to reach around afternoon. In that case, hotel checkin, freshen-up and coming to assembly need to be planned carefully.

    @sajeesh Distance from Rameshwaram to Cape Rd is around 310 kms which would take about 6.5-7 hours(Including Breaks). If we leave Rameshwaram venue by 5 am sharp we should be Cape Rd hotel stays by 12. So keeping a Meet up time of 1:30 PM for grand entry regrouping will be good. Does this sound doable?
