Are all the riders staying at the same hotel? If not, we can decide at meeting at one stay hotel location and from there ride to the venue. All Non RE bikes can be parked back at their respective stay location and they can pillion along with other riders to the meeting point and to the stay location. What say @sajeesh @satty ?

Out of 26 riding from Bangalore 22 are going to reach Rameshwaram on 26th Night, so mostly 22 are going to ride together to BOBMC on 27th morning..

Another 4 who is riding is going to reach directly to KK

@Nandeesh We need to go to the stay hotel first get our tags after registration and only then we will be allowed to the RM main venue.

I took it directly from the website. Not sure if that was replaced or counted as a fresh slot. However, i know it was swapped so not sure why they have counted as two slots.

We all will be in 3 different hotels, some 100-300 meters apart i guess. We need to decide a time and central place where everyone can assemble (need to have a sharp time) to enter together. Non RE bikes can be left at the hotel. Remember, there will be many doing entry between 11am and 3pm so we need to be a bit earlier to leave an impact.

At the same time i understand that many will be riding from Rameshwaram and other locations to the venue and scheduled to reach around afternoon. In that case, hotel checkin, freshen-up and coming to assembly need to be planned carefully.

@sajeesh Distance from Rameshwaram to Cape Rd is around 310 kms which would take about 6.5-7 hours(Including Breaks). If we leave Rameshwaram venue by 5 am sharp we should be Cape Rd hotel stays by 12. So keeping a Meet up time of 1:30 PM for grand entry regrouping will be good. Does this sound doable?

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT -
26th January 2024 is a DRY DAY

Bhailog, the plan is to make the entry at RM before 3PM. So we plan to assemble at Hotel Sangam at 2:15PM and shoot sharp at 2:30PM to go together to the venue. Please make sure you plan your travel accordingly to reach in time for the convoy to RM!

I have distributed the Amazon gift card worth Rs. 1000 to each IBRMC participant. Madbulls had excess money collected during RM which they decided to give back to participants. Great jesture !!
