• Discussion on bulletiapa Dates
• discussion on Venue for bulletiapa
• Discussion of budgets, food, goodies & miscellaneous things regarding bulletiapa
• discussion on taking lum sum amount from Udaipur IBR members as advance for bulletiapa preparation.
• discussion on upcoming MTR rides
  The above points were discussed in detail in the meeting & it is not necessary to be elaborated here. Riders present in the meeting presented their views & opinions on the same & further decisions were taken which will be informed soon.
