Ride to the CROWN OF INDIA

It's the season for long rides and Bengaluru chapter is heading to the Himalayas this time for it's Mega Adventure 2024!

Riding all the way from Bengaluru crossing the length of India, we explore the majestic beauty of Jammu & Kashmir traversing through the mighty Himalayas before heading to the annual pilgrimage of IBRians - Bulletiapa at Udaipur and then continuing down the coastal beauty of Gujarat, Maharashtra, and finally reaching back home in Bengaluru!

An epic ride of close to 1 month on the road, Bengaluru is doing it in style! And the icing on the cake, we will ride the mountains together with our MUMBAI CHAPTER family!

Here's a glimpse of the route we will be taking.

The onwards route from Chandigarh will be decided on the go depending on the situation in the valley and the weather conditions. Don't worry, we have 4 different plans that we can switch to, each an adventure on its own

The road to Bulletiapa 2024:

While returning from Bulletiapa, we will be taking the stellar coastal route through the western ghats. Be ready for some ferry crossings and cliff road riding

The return ride to Bengaluru:

What are the 4 options?

Option 1- We stick to Old Mughal Road if situation permits
Option 2 - We reach Srinagar via Sach pass, Killar-Kishtwar n then head on to Kargil-Leh
Option 3 - We skip Srinagar and take the Sach pass route to Killar onwards to Darcha, Zanskar, Kargil and meet up at Leh.
Option 4 - We do the Chandigarh Manali route to reach Darcha n then onwards to Zanskar-Kargil-Leh

Which option we will choose will depend on the situation in the valley and the weather. We will take a call when we reach Chandigarh.

All 4 plans lead us to Leh on 9th September where we will meet Mumbai for the rest of the MA till Udaipur. More detailed route plans shared on the WhatsApp group.
