Registration Fees:

General Accommodation: Rooms or Dorm

• Rs. 7999/- per person (to be paid to your chapter moderator)
• NOTE: Rooms and dorms will be allocated randomly and the decision lies with the host chapter. There are limited number of Rooms and preference will be given to family and females.
• Rooms - 5 sharing | Dorm (closed enclosure) - 100 nos.
• Toilets - Each Room - 1 | Dorm - 16

Cottages: limited

• Rs. 8999/- per person (to be paid to your chapter moderator)
• Only for families
• NOTE: Registration blocking not guaranteed since we need to give preference to all chapters in proportion to their strength. Please check with chapter mods on availability before transferring the money. In case we can not accommodate you in the cottage, your registration will change to Rooms (1st preference) or Dorm.
• 8 sharing. Each cottage has 2 sections with 4 beds in each section
• Toilets - Each Cottage - 2

NOTE: Registration mandatory for all participants irrespective of age except infants

Accommodation Arrangements:

• Mix of Rooms and Dorm. Room on 5 nos. sharing and Dorm approx 100 nos
• Cottages for family only on FOF basis
• Rooms will be allocated to females and families on FOF basis
• Dorms will be equipped with beds, cots, mattress etc.
• Team will make the best efforts to segregate male and female accommodation
• All accommodations would be on sharing basis.
• Please contact Bulletiapa crew for additional details.

• Please carry your photo ID proof required for room check-in
• For security purposes, post entry, movement in/out of the venue will be restricted
• Bulletiapa crew will be available for any support required

What does the Registration Fee Include & Exclude:

Includes

• Goodie Bag (only if registered and paid before 10th Sep)
• Accommodation on sharing basis
• Access to the venue
• Participation to events based on eligibility
• Dinner (7th, 8th and 9th), Breakfast (8th, 9th and 10th), Lunch* (8th and 9th)
• Snacks and High-Tea every evening

Lunch on 7th can be arranged at extra cost and can arranged once we are sure about the time and no of people reaching the venue before lunch

Excludes

• Alcohol & Cigarettes
• Activities at the Venue (They will be available at an additional charge)
• Room service
• Repair and Maintenance of motorcycle
• Transportation From & To the venue
• Bike shipment from Dehradun to your home location
• Anything not mentioned in the above 'Includes' list

For those planning to ship bikes- we can book one full luggage van coach attached to the Bangalore Rajdhani. Over 30 bikes can be shipped at once. This coach will be exclusively for us. We lock it here and open in Delhi ourselves. Bangalore and Hyderabad folks can combine to avail this mode of transport for ur bikes. If someone is interested, please give me a shout at 9108016001
