For those planning to ship bikes- we can book one full luggage van coach attached to the Bangalore Rajdhani. Over 30 bikes can be shipped at once. This coach will be exclusively for us. HI Mods, Pls elaborate about family accommodation. whether family will be sharing room with other family or a separate room will be provided to a family. I'm planning to attend with family (Wife and a Kid 4 yrs ).

No separate rooms since by the time we close registrations, the resort will be full. We can not accommodate personal rooms.

Each room will have 5 pax., so you need to share it with others (most probably it will be another couple without kid).
