HI Mods, Pls elaborate about family accommodation. whether family will be sharing room with other family or a separate room will be provided to a family. I'm planning to attend with family (Wife and a Kid 4 yrs ).

No separate rooms since by the time we close registrations, the resort will be full. We can not accommodate personal rooms.

Each room will have 5 pax., so you need to share it with others (most probably it will be another couple without kid).

Payment deadline is 2nd September, 2025 EOD. All unpaid slots will be re-opened other IBR members and there are high chances for the registrations fees going up.

Registration has been kept open since we have few more slots available. However, anyone registering & paying after 10th September will not get the goodies bags since we have already placed the orders.
