Fallen But Never Forgotten – March CSR
IBR Bangalore,This March CSR is not just another event on our calendar.
This one is personal.It’s been 10 years since we lost Ramandeep Singh and Avinash Kaim. Ten years since that day changed our chapter forever. Raman wasn’t just a founder of the Bangalore chapter - he was the heartbeat of what IBR stands for. Avinash brought the same warmth, madness, and brotherhood that made every ride memorable.
And over the years, we’ve also said goodbye to more of our own - Squadron Leader Sameer Abrol, Arjun, Sudha Upadhya. Each of them shaped this family in their own way. Each of them left stories behind that still make us smile when their names come up.
We call this CSR “Fallen But Not Forgotten” for a reason.
We don’t remember our brothers/sisters with silence.
We remember them by showing up.
By riding together.
By serving together.When we cook food for kids, clean a school, serve the old, sit down and eat with them, laugh with them - that’s how we carry our brothers/sisters forward. Not with big speeches. Not with heavy words. But with action.
This CSR is about being present.
Being hands-on.
Getting our hands dirty.
Spending time.
Making even a small difference where it matters.Maybe we can’t change the world.
But we can change one afternoon for someone.
And that is all that matters.When we stand there together in our IBR colors, serving with humility, that’s when we truly feel Raman, Avinash, Sameer, Arjun, and Sudha riding with us.

Note: This is going to be a cooking and serving activity where we might have scarcity of cutting/chopping/grating equipments, while we are trying our best to provide sufficient quantities of these equipment, we request you to carry your own kitchen knives/Graters/chopping board if you prefer.
They may not be physically with us.
But they are there - in every throttle twist, every laugh, every memory.So we're asking each of you - show up.
Not just for the ride.
Not just for the club.
But for our beloved 'fallen but not forgotten' members.Let’s make this one count.
