Riders, it’s time to gear up! Here is everything you need to know about the upcoming registration process for Bulletiapa. Please read all details carefully before signing up:

KEY DATES & TIMELINES

• Seed Funders (Early Access): Registration opens 30th September (Early Morning).
  Note for Seed Funders: You have a dedicated 36+ hour window to complete your registration by updating your existing form. Seed funding remains non-refundable (regarded as a community donation if you cannot attend) and non-transferable.

• General Member Registrations: Opens 1st October at 6:00 PM IST sharp for all members!

ACCOMMODATION & CATEGORIES

All accommodations for this edition are rooms (no dorms)! Pricing per participant:

• Quad Sharing - ₹7,999
• Triple Sharing - ₹8,499
• Twin Sharing - ₹8,999
• Twin Sharing Cottages - ₹9,999

(Priority for Twin Sharing Cottages will be given to families traveling with children under 10 years old.)

️ Phase 1 Slots: Capped at ~270 slots. Additional slots may open based on demand, but later registrants will be allocated basic rooms and standard amenities. Secure your spot early!

REGISTRATION MANDATES

• Where to Register: Exclusively on the Den Website.
• Age Rules: Registration is mandatory for anyone above 10 years of age as of 18th Dec 2026. (Kids under 10 do not require registration and will not receive event goodies).
• ID Requirement: A valid Aadhaar Card copy is mandatory for every participant and must be uploaded during online registration.

BIKE SHIPPING & LOCAL TRANSIT

Details regarding bike shipping and pick-up/drop-off transport from Durgapur Airport and Dhanbad Railway Station will be announced soon. A separate request form will be shared later for travel arrangements.
