  • Good plan guys... But unfortunately not an IBR MA..

Read the criteria for MA here

  • Hi @satty @sajeesh @gaurav, Delhi is considering both the rides as MA. We had proposed these rides as MA quite some time back, and honestly, it’s unfortunate that we haven’t got many riders showing interest.
But now that we’ve already proposed them as MA, I feel cancelling them at this stage may not be the right thing to do. It could also demotivate the few riders who are actually willing to take up the ride and do an MA under the IBR flag. We completely understand and respect the criteria for MA, especially for the bigger chapters. At the same time, we also need to look at the practical side of things. It’s not always in our hands to get people to commit to such long rides, especially when everyone is dealing with their own professional commitments and challenges.
So, I’d request you to please look at these two rides as an exception. If a few riders are still willing to ride those distances and carry the IBR flag, I think we should encourage them.
    Please reconsider, my buoy.
Times are changing, and maybe we need to change a little with them too. 😄

  • @79rajiv - as discussed, this ride doesn't qualify for MA due to minimum members criteria. @kaustav knows it very well and acknowledges the. After all, we all planning commission members decided on and agreed to the MA terms so there should not be an element of doubt.

PS: Exceptions are for smaller & new chapters
