The Amargarh Resort - For first 260 paid participants

The second option for paid members after 260 (max slots 60) is Shreeji Mahal Hotel. Registration price may go higher if you pay late as hotel will increase prices starting next month.

20-22 September 2024 (23rd morning checkout after breakfast)

Registration Fees:

12 years & Above:

• list item Rs. 7900/- * (to be paid to your chapter moderators)
  Includes Goodies
• No registration fees and goodies for participants below 12 years

NOTE: Registration mandatory for all participants irrespective of age except infants

Accommodation Arrangements:

Rooms on quad sharing*
Team will make the best efforts to segregate male and female accommodation
All accommodations would be on sharing basis.
Please contact Bulletiapa crew for additional details.

• For couple rooms, get in touch with crew before 15th August, 2024 to know the arrangement and additional charges.

Disclaimer Note -

• Please carry your photo ID proof required for room check-in
• For security purposes, post entry, movement in/out of the venue will be restricted
• Bulletiapa crew will be available for any support required

Includes

• Accommodation on sharing basis
• Access to the venue
• Participation to events based on eligibility
• Dinner (20th, 21st and 22nd), Breakfast (21st, 22nd and 23rd), Lunch* (21st and 22nd)
• Snacks and High-Tea every evening

*Lunch (simple menu) on 20th will be on paid basis. Contact crew for more details.

• Alcohol & Cigarettes
• Activities at the Venue (They will be available at an additional charge)
• Room service
• Repair and Maintenance of motorcycle
• Transportation From & To the venue (Udaipur Airport/Railway Stations)
• Bike shipment from Udaipur to your home location
• Anything not mentioned in the above 'Includes' list
