I've been using Liberty warrior series - Jungle King Boots and Warrior Combat since past 4 years.
Jungle kings is a combo of canvas and solid toe and heel protection. Good for short rides as it does not have ankle protection.
Warrior combat is the one i wear for long rides. Never cracked, no wear, stiching intact as day 1.
Both are officially used by India army. Jungle king for training and Warrior for combat traning. so you can bet on the quality.
There is also a new warrior model called Platoon which has a side zipper. Its a bit softer that combat but i haven't seen it as its a new model.
Royal enfield has a range of boots for women. I picked up one yesterday. The prices range from 4000 to 16,000. Quality looks to be decent. I picked up one which is waterproof for my wife for 9000 after 30% discount.
Other options for boots can be Raida, Orazo, and Army stores. These Army store boots are actually value for money with basic protection. I would suggest to invest once in some good boots as pillion protection is also as important as the rider's. Check for comfort of the pillion with the boots before finalizing on one. Cheers!

Check Raida Discover riding shoes. My wife is using them since last 2 year and she is happy with the comfort and fitting.
Cost around INR5,800/-

Army boots are bulky, heavy and can be uncomfortable for women.
